Week 1

Let’s go on a little journey together. I was challenged by a trainer at the gym to post for 365 days of this new crossfit workout regime. So, every week that I attend the gym, I get home, and make a humorous type of post on what I learned or did that day. I hope you enjoy this little window into my life.

I Let’s just say, week one was rough. Really rough.

Needless to say, it was a really humbling experience. What intrigued me though was the fact that everyone got there way before the class started. I, myself would arrived 15 minutes early and the gym would already be half full. I wasn’t sure what to make of it. “Why would anyone come and hang out just for funsies at 4-something in the morning?” More on that later to come.
