It’s Christmas Eve and what is done is done. More importantly, what is undone will simply remain undone. You’ve put in the work and now it’s time to let it go. Try to let go of the worry and laugh off the forgotten details.
If you are anything like me your “don’t give a crap” game is strong. My wrapping skills have regressed from “thoughtful and coordinated” to “just throw a bow on it”. Come morning, no one is going to care, or likely even notice.
So let’s all enjoy tonight. Our goal should be happiness, love, and laughter. Ok, and wine.
